GLAZED HAM RING 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/4 lb. ground pork
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
Glaze

Combine first 6 ingredients. Press mixture in casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

SWEET AND SOUR GLAZE:

Blend 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon mustard. Stir in 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon water. The last 30 minutes of baking time, spoon glaze over ham (3-4 times).
