STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms, fairly lg. caps
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely. Saute green pepper, onion and mushroom stems in butter. Add pepperoni, bread crumbs, Parmesan and salt to sauteed vegetables and mix. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
