STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 med. size tomatoes
1 can deviled ham
2 tbsp. India or Georgia relish
1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped celery
Mayonnaise

Place tomatoes on ice until thoroughly chilled. Peel tomatoes with a very sharp knife, then core tomatoes, leaving only enough to form a nice tomato basket. Chop and drain well this tomato pulp. To this add celery, deviled ham, relish and enough mayonnaise to mix well.

Fix tomato basket with this mixture. Chill thoroughly. Cover top of tomatoes with mayonnaise and a dash of paprika. Try these with ham, hot roll or cheese biscuits.
