CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
Mushrooms, almonds, pimento or ripe olives (optional)
Ritz crackers
4 or 5 jars Dennis Bone chicken OR 3 or 4 pkgs. chicken breasts, boiled until tender and bones and skin removed
2 med. onions, cooked until tender and drain
1 med. stalk celery, cooked until tender, drain
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Make sauce by adding butter, salt, flour, and milk. Add soup, cheese and stir in until it melts. Combine sauce and all ingredients in large pan and then divide into 3 casserole dishes. This dish can be frozen if you do not need a large amount. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
