ORANGE ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice

Dissolve yeast and set aside. Pour milk over Crisco. In large bowl add sugar, salt, eggs, orange juice, and orange peel. Add flour until dough is nice to handle. Knead about 8-10 minutes. Place in lightly greased bowl turning once to grease the surface. Cover and let rise in warm spot for 1 hour or until dough is double in bulk.

Push down and let rise for 10 minutes. Work dough until pliable. Make out into rolls or loaves. Bake in 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until browned.

ICING: 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, 2 tablespoons orange juice, and 1 cup powdered sugar. Brush on rolls or loaves.
