ORANGE DELIGHT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (32 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir in fruit, fold in whipped topping. May be served at once or refrigerated overnight.
