SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. vinegar or onion juice
1 can shrimp, crab or tuna
3/4 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Onion
Cabbage
Green pepper
Pimento

Mix first 3 ingredients and set to soft stage. Add all other ingredients and set in mold or pan in refrigerator. (I use any amount of the onion, cabbage, green pepper and pimento.)
