VEGETABLE SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm. pkg. ring macaroni, cooked
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shoestring potatoes
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. milk
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 can diced ham or tuna or shrimp

Combine all ingredients and chill. When ready to serve, add 1 1/2 cups shoestring potatoes. Garnish and serve.
