SHOESTRING TUNA SALAD | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. finely minced onion Mix ingredients. When ready to serve, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo and 1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes. If serving a part of the mixture add only part of the mayo and potatoes as they get soggy if they are left over. |
