SEAFOOD SALAD 
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flaked tuna, or cooked shrimp, crab and or lobster
1 c. chopped celery
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Lettuce
Lemon wedges

Sprinkle lemon juice over tuna. Add celery. Moisten with mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper. Slice eggs and arrange in lettuce lined bowl with lemon wedges.
