SEAFOOD SALAD 
Tuna, shrimp, or Sea Stix
1 c. chopped celery
4 sweet pickles (optional)
2 boiled eggs
7 oz. cooked macaroni
Salt and pepper

DRESSING:

1 c. fat free mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Milk to thin
Lettuce greens

Cook macaroni and set aside. Boil eggs, chill. Chop celery and pickles. Flake tuna or cut Sea Stix into bite-size pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar. Use some milk to thin. Pour over all and refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce greens.
