ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks with skins
1/3 c. olive oil
parsley (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 450°F. In large food-safe plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Makes 8 servings.
