1 qt. sauerkraut
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
2/3 c. chopped celery

Mix together.

Dressing:

1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Mix to make dressing. Let stand over night. Use small can sauerkraut and 1/2 of the rest of the ingredients for small family.
