FIBER MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
Salt
2 1/2 c. Fruit and Fiber cereal or other fiber cereal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients. Add:

1 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Bake in muffin papers. Nine muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
