BANNER SALAD 
2 c. cauliflowerets, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. red onion rings
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
Italian dressing
1 qt. shredded lettuce

Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours. Drain reserving marinade. Combine lettuce, vegetables and reserved marinade, tossing lightly.
