3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar

Blend all ingredients for one minute. Pour into a greased deep dish pie pan or a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with coconut. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
