3-5 lbs. beef roast
1 can Coca Cola
1/2 - 1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Place roast in a roaster. Mix Coke, ketchup and onion. Pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours, or less.
