COCONUT BON BONS 
3/4 c. light corn syrup
2 1/2 c. dry macaroon coconut
Summer coating

In a small pan, heat syrup until quite hot; do NOT boil. Pour into a bowl containing coconut and mix thoroughly. Set aside for 1 hour (may leave longer if you wish). Roll into ball centers for bon bons. Keep hands wet while rolling. Let dry. Dip in summer coating.
