CLUB CRACKER BARS 
Club crackers
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. graham crackers (crumbled)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix butter, graham crackers, sugar, milk and coconut together and bring to a boil and cook for 3-10 minutes over low heat.

Put a layer of whole club crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread above mixture over crackers and top with a layer of whole club crackers.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. hot water
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread over bars.

You can also use the following cream cheese frosting: 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. butter
