CLUB CRACKER BARS | |
1/3 c. white sugar 2/3 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Boil for 7 or 8 minutes on medium low, stirring constantly. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with Club Crackers. Pour 1/2 of caramel mixture on crackers. Put another layer of crackers in pan and pour remaining caramel on crackers. Cool in refrigerator. When cooked, melt 2/3 cup of butterscotch chips and 2/3 cup of chocolate chips. Use as frosting for bars and cool. |
