CLAM CHOWDER SUPREME 
3 strips bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. diced carrots
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce

Saute bacon, add onion and saute 3 or 4 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, seasonings, water, drained liquid from clams and clam juice. Boil, cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Add clams, parsley and Ragu sauce. Heat thoroughly. Ladle into warm bowls and serve. Serves 6.
