SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
1 (4 oz.) jar green olives

Brown meat and add next 9 ingredients. Simmer 2 hours. Cook spaghetti and combine with meat mixture. Add chunks of cheese and olives. Put in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 45 minutes. Can be made day ahead.
