FLORIDA SALAD 
Varied lettuce: head, Bibb, leaf or spinach
4 slices crumbled cooked bacon
Croutons (onion or garlic)
Canned artichokes, sliced
Canned hearts of palms, sliced & marinated in Italian dressing for 1 hour before serving
2-3 hard boiled eggs, grated

Tear greens into bite size pieces. Add other ingredients and toss gently with dressing. Amounts of ingredients are adjustable to the size of salad desired. 6 to 8 servings.
