CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 slices American cheese
1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 Jalapeno pepper or 3 Tabasco peppers

Note: all vegetables processed together very fine.

Melt butter, add vegetable and cook for 5 minutes. Add flour, milk and three slices of cheese. Cook until the cheese melts. Add the crab meat and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Place the mixture in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese and topped with the bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F until cheese and bread crumbs are brown.
