CRAB SALAD | |
1 lb. rigatoni 16 oz. frozen crab 3/4 c. olive oil 1 bunch green onions (greens too) 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped 6 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. sweet basil Dash of oregano Warm oil, onions, garlic, parsley, and oregano; simmer. Cook rigatoni; rinse with warm water. Pour back into pot and add crab and sauce. Toss. Sprinkle more basil, Parmesan cheese, and toss. Serve warm. |
