SWEET RELISH 
4 qts. cucumbers
2 red sweet peppers
2 green sweet peppers
4 lg. onions
4 tbsp. salt
4 c. sugar
4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tbsp. turmeric

Grind vegetables together. Put salt on top. Let stand for 3 hours. Wash and drain well. Add rest of ingredients to ground mixture and bring to boil for 1/2 hour, stirring often. Put in jars. Fill hot jars to within 1/2 inch of tops; adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes (start timing when water returns to boil). Makes approximately 8 to 10 pints.
