TUNA FISH DINNER 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Drain oil from tuna into pan. Add green pepper and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Blend in soup, stirring constantly until smooth. Add milk, heat. Place hot rice in greased baking dish (1 1/2 quart). Arrange tuna on rice. Pour sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
