CABBAGE SLAW 
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
2/3 c. sugar
2 lb. grated cabbage
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped

Heat vinegar, celery seed, salt, mustard seed and sugar. Let cool. Pour over cabbage, green pepper, pimento and onion. Let stand overnight.

Serves 10 to 12.
