RED CABBAGE COLESLAW 
1/2 red cabbage
1 sm. onion, peeled
1 apple, peeled and cored
2 carrots, peeled
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 c. raisins
Salt and pepper to taste

Grate or food process vegetables. Mix with mayonnaise, seeds and seasonings. Add raisins. Allow to stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
