STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. white corn syrup (3 tbsp. equals 1/4 c.)
1 1/2 c. water

Mix the above. Cook until it starts to thicken. Then add 3 tablespoons strawberry Jello. In a baked pie shell layer strawberries and cooled mixture. Refrigerate until set. Good. Add Cool Whip on top.

I use sugar free Jello. I have also used graham cracker crust. One can use any fruit.
