COFFEE EXTRACT 
1/4 lb. coffee
1 1/2 qt. water (cold)

Put coffee in a 2 quart container. Add water (water has to be cold). Mix well. Cover container and put in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Put coffee through a cone paper filter (usually comes out to a quart). Now, just dilute with hot or cold water to your liking. Keep refrigerated.
