RHUBARB SLUSH 
2 qts. rhubarb
2 qts. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Boil ingredients - strain mixture. Add 1 package strawberry Jello - let cool and add 1 cup vodka. Freeze until slushy. When ready to serve - spoon into glass and add 7-Up.
