VEAL PARMESAN 
1 lb. veal cutlets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic powder
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 oz. low fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Brown veal in heavy skillet. Remove to baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Cover with mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until tender.
