VEAL PARMESAN 
1 lg. can and 1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. oil
Bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. veal pieces
Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella
2 tbsp. butter with garlic salt

Dip veal pieces in egg and bread crumbs. Fry in oil on both sides on low flame. Drain and place in flat baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Cover with Mozzarella. Pour on garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly. Serves 4.
