SOUR CREAM FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. white syrup
1 sm. carton sour cream
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, syrup and sour cream. Cook over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves, then cover and let boil 12 minutes, uncovered. Cook until soft ball stage, remove from heat. Add butter and let stand 5 minutes. Add vanilla and beat until it loses it glossiness, pour into a buttered dish and cut when cool.
