WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 envelope dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. very warm water

In bowl, mix well flour, wheat germ, yeast and salt. Stir in oil, honey, and water until well mixed; dough will be soft and sticky. Do NOT knead. Let rest 10 minutes.
