PIZZA DOUGH 
5 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. quick rise yeast
2 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Set aside 1 cup flour for use later. Mix 4 1/2 cups flour, salt and yeast into a large bowl. heat water and oil to 125-130 degrees. Add to dry mixture. Blend well. Mix in enough of reserved flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 4-6 minutes. Cover, let rise 10 minutes. Divide dough in half and use to make 2 pizzas with your choice of toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on your desired browness. Serve. Freezes well.
