NO FAIL PIZZA DOUGH 
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. active yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour

Sprinkle yeast on water; let stand 5 minutes. Add everything except 1/2 cup flour and beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make dough barely firm enough to handle.

Knead until smooth. Let rise at least 15 minutes to 1 hour. Knead and roll out to fit jelly roll pan or 2 round pizza pans which have been oiled. Pull and stretch to fit. Top as desired. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
