8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkg. pistachio or vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add pudding mixture with Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture. Set aside. Grind 1 1/4 pound Oreo cookies. Press to sides of 8-inch plastic flower pot reserving cookie crumbs for top. Fill with pudding mixture and top with layer of cookies. Alternate layers of pudding and cookies can also be made. Refrigerate.

Before serving, insert artificial or real flowers (with plastic wrap on ends). This looks like a real arrangement!
