SNICKERS® COOKIES | |
1 c. white sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. Crisco 3 c. flour 10 regular size SNICKERS® bars or several mini bars, cut in half Cut regular size candy bars in 6 pieces, for a total of 60 pieces. Combine both sugars, Crisco, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs; beat until creamy and smooth. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; mix well. Make balls of dough from a rounded teaspoon. Then wrap the balls of dough around the chunks of SNICKERS® and place on cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool on cookie sheet 10 minutes before removing, then remove. Yield: 60 cookies. |
