HAMBURGER AND RICE CASSEROLE 
Hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 c. uncooked rice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Form hamburger into 4 patties. Brown patties on both sides. Mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper together. Pour into greased baking dish. Place patties on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
