TERIYAKI ROAST 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. chuck roast
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine first 3 ingredients and dredge roast. Brown roast and add honey, soy sauce, water and ginger. Simmer 3 hours. Pour over roast. After roast is done, pour liquid in measuring cup. Skim fat off. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook until thick. Serve over hot rice.
