1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs Heat water to rolling boil. In large pan, melt butter in water after butter has melted and boiling, stir in all at once flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves pan and forms in a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat eggs in 1 at a time. Beat mixture until smooth. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until dry; allow to cool slowly. When cool, tear off top, pull out soft center. Fill in with pudding or custard or anything you would like. |
