2 lb. Ricotta cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. rum flavor
1/2 tsp. anisette
Grated round of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 orange

Mix all ingredients together. Butter sides of pan and coat with bread crumbs, fine. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
