PASTIE 
2 lbs. raw beef, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
5 raw potatoes, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

DOUGH:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. cold water

Cut shortening in flour and salt. Add water and divide into 6 equal parts. Roll dough slightly oblong. Divide meat mixture between rolled dough. Fold dough over meat. Press edges together well. Cut a slot in the top of dough. Bake 1 hour in 375 degree oven. Serves 6.
