CHEESE CAKE TARTS 
4 doz. vanilla wafers
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cherry pie fruit filling (21 oz.)

Place vanilla wafers in cupcake papers (foil works best) in cupcake pans. Mix next 4 ingredients well. Pour 1 tablespoon of recipe into each dish. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or longer. Bake at 350 degrees. Remove from oven (do not turn off). Place 1 glob of sour cream on each cake. Put in oven for 5 minutes. Let cool, top with fruit topping.
