CROCK POT CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mash tomatoes slightly and place in crock pot. Add green peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and drained beans.

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add ground beef to the crock pot along with the salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
