FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

Spread onto lightly greased pizza pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes allowing it to brown slightly - cool.

SPREAD:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1-2 tbsp. grated orange peel

Beat together until fluffy.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Combine dry ingredients. Add liquids in saucepan; bring to boil. Cook 1 minute - allow to cool.

FRUIT FOR TOP:

Kiwi
Strawberries
Bananas
Green grapes
Mandarin oranges

Spread - cream cheese spread over prepared cookie crust - add fruit in a pinwheel fashion - pour glaze over fruit and refrigerate for several hours.
