1 bunch broccoli flowerets
1 sm. head cauliflower flowerets
1 lb. carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 to 4 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. cracker or bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until tender. Combine onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Add to vegetables; toss until well coated. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.

Combine cracker or bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until heated thoroughly.
