PORK CHOPS & CREAMY GRAVY 
4-6 (1/2" thick) pork chops
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. bottled brown bouquet sauce

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper to taste; brown on both sides in hot oil. Drain chops on paper towels. Reserve at least 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Add flour to skillet, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and brown bouquet sauce. Add pork chops to gravy, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
